Serving the Community: The building is a community resource providing services such as home health aides, a community health clinic, an Easter Seals 110 child childcare center, a community room and service center and the Lutheran Community Services NW Administrative Offices.

Finding Solutions: Multi-generational campus setting with 12 classroom child care center, 80 unit senior housing, LCS administration, family support center, and health clinic owned by Community Health Centers of King County
